We interview differently. It depends on the position but you can be involved in an amazing video interview experience, phone screening, online assessment, business case resolution or face to face interview. The teams are usually involved too! We value their opinion :)

Once we have decided we’ll let you know our decision, even if you're not the one. Your experience in the process is very important for us so we may even ask for feedback after it is completed.
How we care for Quadpackers
We want you to be happy and healthy at work and outside. Our benefits and perks vary by region, but they’re all based on the philosophy that taking care of our people is good for all of us. We know that everyone is different, so what we offer is constantly evolving based on our employees' needs and feedback. Time flexibility is one of the many perks we offer.
Some of our offices have free coffee and, when possible, you can take advantage of our hybrid working model – 50% of your time working at the office and 50% at home. You can also invest 16 hours a year in volunteering in different projects related to our foundation. Last but not least, you can enjoy lovely views from our offices or other locations.
